Institutions FAQ
Yes, for verified institutions, on 30-day terms, at our discretion. Pro-forma invoice is the default way to pay; tell us in your quote request if you would like to pay by purchase order and include the PO number if you have one.
Yes. A pro-forma invoice is the default for institutions: we send it with your quote and you pay by bank transfer.
Yes, on request. We do not publish bulk price tiers — list the products and quantities you need in the quote form and we will quote for them.

Shipping & DeliveryEvery certificate of analysis carries a verification code issued by the independent laboratory. Enter it on the laboratory's own verification service to check the report is genuine. The steps are on our Lab Reports page.
