All orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day using Royal Mail Tracked 48® delivery, for fast and secure delivery. If your order doesn't arrive, you have 30 days from dispatch to email support@totalpeptides.uk and we will replace it completely free. If it arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a free replacement or a refund. See our Delivery Guarantee for more information. Shipping is free on orders above £50, and £4.99 otherwise. Delivery is calculated at checkout.

Storage isn’t just about shelf life — it affects research validity. Peptides are proteins, and warmth, light, or time in solution can degrade them, potentially compromising the results of any research they’re used in. Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides: store frozen at -20°C, protected from light, until ready to reconstitute. Exact purity and storage details for each compound are on its own product page. Bacteriostatic water: store at room temperature, away from direct light, before first use. Once opened, refrigerate it — the preservative that keeps it bacteriostatic becomes less effective once the seal is broken. After reconstitution: refrigerate the solution at 2–8°C and use it within 7 days to limit degradation.

Before reconstitution, allow the vial and the bacteriostatic water to reach room temperature, which supports more consistent mixing during laboratory handling. Use only suitable research-grade reconstitution materials. Reconstitution solutions are supplied separately, and handling is determined by the receiving laboratory under its own protocols.

Our products are tested by an independent laboratory, SideChain Analytics, using HPLC-MS/MS (liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry), which confirms the compound's identity and measures its purity. The certificates of analysis are published on our Lab Reports page.

Each certificate carries a verification code issued by SideChain Analytics. Enter it on the laboratory's own verification service to confirm that the report is genuine and matches the certificate you were shown.
