What does “research use only” mean?+
All products are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use. They are not medicinal products, are not for human or animal consumption, and must not be used for any diagnostic or therapeutic purpose.
How are orders shipped?+
Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom on a tracked service. Shipping is free on orders over £50 and £5 otherwise. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
How should products be stored?+
Storage guidance is provided on each product page. Store lyophilised material frozen and protected from light.
What is your returns policy?+
Because of the nature of these products, opened items cannot be returned. Unopened items may be returned within the statutory period. Full terms are on the Returns & Refunds page.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Major debit and credit cards, processed securely by our payment provider. Card details are tokenised by the provider and never stored on our systems.
